First off, we’d like to thank all our fans and friends for voting for us in the Cleveland Scene Music Awards! We won as “best goth/industrial” band in Cleveland! Maybe next year they’ll have an electronic music category and alleviate confusion.
To celebrate our victory, look for a new episode of M.C.D.O.N.A.L.D.S. (Missile Command Day Of New And Lovely Downloadable Stuff) coming soon to the site! A little thank you to you all.
Now, on to the future!
We have two shows coming up!
First, one that everyone can come to, no matter where they are!

And then, nary two weeks later, our first live event!

Hope to see you either at this one, or on the Internets!!!
Sorry it took longer than expected to post this. I take full responsibility for the lapse (aka brain fart). Anyway, without further ado:
THE WINNERS OF THE MISSILE COMMAND REMIX CONTEST!!!!
First of all, we’d like to thank all those that participated. Every remix was awesome. However, the fans have spoken, and here’s what they say!
Remix #12 - Andromeda 8 (M31 Mix) by Dr. Peter Naegele
Remix #11 – FTS Beta 9/I Know You (Highest Fastest/Down/Cool As Fire/ Nightime Radio) by Thomas Durdella
Remix #5 – Andromeda 8 (DJ Salty Flavor Mix) by DJ Salty Flavor
In other news: A show!

This should be an awesome time! We’ll be premiering a brand new song titled “Meridian” which will be appearing on our next album, The Future. This is also going to be a new venue for us to play, and we’re really excited about that!
Speaking of excited, we’re also excited to announce the return of Matt Myers to the scientific folds of Missile Command! One of the founding members that fateful night years ago (along with Jim and Andrew), Matt (aka Poop, 2.0) will be joining us as our live sound technician. Welcome back, Matt!
We’ll be announcing the winners of the remix contest this weekend. Sorry we haven’t said anything yet, we’ve just been very busy with getting this show ready and other important matters outside of Missile Command. We appreciate your patience.
If you’d like to receive up-to-the-minute reports on our concerts (time we play, set order, what we’re currently drinking, plus random pics at the show), sign up on Twitter and add @mchq. You can even have Twitter send text messages to your phone when we Tweet, which is handy if you’re out and about. Hope to see you tonight!
And this will be the last show for the summer. September is a very busy month outside of Missile Command for all of us, and we’ll be taking a little break then. However, we’ll be back in October…so get ready for a Halloween party that will blow you away!!

Missile Command, Ludwyg, The Bridge Party, and Fluxion Live on the July 17th!
